I don't read many leadership books these days mostly because I tend to read right before I go to bed and I usually can't make it past a couple of pages before my eyes snap shut.
As a lifelong learner always seeking to keep my saw sharpened, I've turned to podcasts instead so I can listen to them while I'm pedaling on my bike trainer, driving in the car or walking my dog. I especially like podcasts that are thirty minutes or less because they tend to keep my attention more.
I turned to my LinkedIn community for their top leadership podcast recommendations to save me time navigating through the overwhelming amount of content out there (did you know there are almost 2,000,000 podcasts and over 43 million episodes available???).
